In fact, according to CEO Kasper Rorsted, 1 million shoes were sold! It’s a staggering number. But it gets better, with the German sportswear giant having launched three new versions of the UltraBoost shoe made out of plastic found in the ocean. The launch of the shoe range is in partnership with Parley for the Oceans, with each pair of shoes using approximately 11 plastic bottles.
