Walt Disney Company pledges to eliminate use of plastic straws and more

As the EU proposes to ban plastic straws, stirs, and cotton buds, throughout the world companies are announcing various pledges regarding the reduction of plastic waste.

Just the other week, Starbucks announced it intended to eliminate plastic straws in all stores by 2020. Similarly, hotel giant Marriott is also planning to phase out plastic straws in the coming weeks.
