We’re pleased to announce today that Caurnie has been re-awarded Ethical Accreditation, after successfully passing our annual independent audit.

The Caurnie Soaperie in Kirkintilloch, Scotland first opened in 1922. The aim was simple: to create Scottish natural skin care products from organic herbs and essential oils. The business met with instant success. Today, Caurnie is a byword for the best in natural soap and fresh herbal body care.

A top-ranking brand in the Soap section of The Good Shopping Guide, Caurnie has become known for their natural soaps and a production process that utilizes the company’s organic herb garden. Their Organic Nettle goes into Nettle soap Nettle Shampoo, Nettle Body Wash, Nettle Moisturiser and helps, eczema and psoriasis sufferers.
