Is Braun an ethical kettle brand?

On The Good Shopping Guide’s Kettles Ethical Ratings Table, Braun does not yet meet our minimum ethical benchmark and as a result, cannot be classed as an ethical kettle brand.

Because Braun does not meet the minimum ethical benchmark in The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Kettles sector, it is not currently eligible for Ethical Accreditation.  Despite this, The Good Shopping Guide encourages Braun to get in touch with us and send us an application. When we have received Braun’s application we will offer it some tips on how to improve its score.

What makes Braun an ethical brand?

Due to its lack of negative records, Braun receives a top rating in some of our categories. These include Human Rights, Fossil Fuels and Nuclear Power.

Does Braun have an Environmental Report?

De’Longhi, Braun’s parent company has a recent Sustainability Report. However, the report fails to mention any future sustainability and environmental targets.

As a result, Braun receives a bottom rating for our Environmental Report category.
