The move follows an agreement between Greggs and Business Stream, with the latter assisting the food chain to develop a more efficient water management strategy. The company policy will affect 1,650 stores across the UK. Ally Stephenson, Head of Purchasing for Greggs, commented in response to the agreement: “We have been very impressed with the support that we have received from Business Stream during the complex switch over process, and are already seeing the benefits of working with a national supplier.
