Global food company, Nestlé, has announced further plans to tackle plastic waste with the pledge to make all packaging recyclable or reusable by 2025.

As reported by edie.net, the company’s bigger aim and ambition is for zero packaging to end up as landfill or litter, with the commitment to ultimately become a zero-waste business. Nestlé has already taken a number of steps toward that goal, including possessing zero-waste-to-landfill status for its UK and Ireland factories.
