Dynabook was the world’s first laptop PC in 1985, the brand has a focus on providing customers with a tool that allows them to be better, whatever the reason. Dynabook is owned by Sharp corporation and Foxconn since it was sold in 2018. Dynabook is known for selling ethical laptops, smart glasses and accessories.

Dynabook receives a top rating in the Environmental Report criterion, as its parent company, Sharp Corporation, has a detailed Sustainability Report with comprehensive targets for the future. This reflects the company’s aim to lower its environmental impact.
In what areas does Dynabook perform poorly?
Unfortunately, Dynabook receives a bottom rating in several research categories, which explains why the brand receives a low score.
This includes a bottom rating for Human Rights and Human Rights+, due to Dynabook and its parent companies’ links to human rights issues. Examples of the allegations include worker exploitation, forced labour, poor health and safety and more.
