Is VOXI ethical and sustainable? 

VOXI is a mobile phone network owned by Vodafone Group Plc which receives a poor Good Shopping Guide score in our Ethical Mobile Phones Networks Ratings Table. Although VOXI has not yet met our Ethical Benchmark, we hope to see the brand make progress in the future.

In which areas does VOXI perform well? 

We discovered that VOXI does not invest in or participate in the Nuclear Power or Fossil Fuels  industries, resulting in a top rating for these categories.

VOXI also performs well in the Environmental Report criterion, as it has a detailed environment section within its Annual Report.

In which areas does VOXI perform poorly? 

Despite VOXI’s progress, there is still room for improvement. Vodafone, VOXI’s parent company, has a Defence section on its website, confirming that it offers its services for military purposes. As a result, the company receives a middle rating in the Armaments category.

Additionally, as Vodafone has donated at least £10,000 to political parties or candidates in the past five years, it receives a middle rating forPolitical Donations.

How can VOXI brand improve its Ethical Rating?

The Good Shopping Guide score results from multiple ethical criteria in relation to VOXI. To reach our minimum Ethical Benchmark and qualify for Ethical Accreditation, VOXI has some issues to resolve, primarily relating to the activities of its parent company, Vodafone.
