In which areas does Zanussi perform poorly?

In which areas does Zanussi score well for its ethics?
Zanussi’s parent company, Electrolux, has a Sustainability Report 2021 with lots of evidence of progress and targets for 2025, so Zanussi gets a top rating for its Environmental Report.
We found no criticisms of Zanussi relating to; Nuclear Power, Fossil Fuels, Animal Welfare, or Armaments, so it scores well for these criteria.
How can Zanussi improve its ethical rating?
The below-benchmark score that Zanussi is awarded is the result of an evaluation of multiple ethical criteria. To reach our minimum benchmark score and qualify for Ethical Accreditation, Zanussi has some issues to resolve including its questionable Human Rights record.
