Does Belvedere have an Environmental Report?

LVMH, Belvedere’s parent company has a recent Social and Environmental Responsibility Report. The ‘Environmental Responsibility’ section of its reports contains targets such as reducing carbon emissions and striving for 100% renewable energy. The report also shares details about the targets and which areas the company wishes to address.

As a result, Belvedere receives a top rating for our Environmental Report category.

What does Belvedere receive a bottom rating for?

Unfortunately, a bottom score is given to Belvedere for The Good Shopping Guide’s Political Donations category. In recent election cycles, LVMH has donated over $271k which is more than our criteria will allow for a middle or top rating.

What can Belvedere do to improve its score?

Belvedere’s low score within The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Spirits sector is the result of a calculation of multiple ethical criteria.

Despite having a low score compared to other brands in the Ethical Spirits sector, we still recommend that Belvedere get in touch and apply for Ethical Accreditation. By applying, Belvedere would receive some tips on how to work on its bottom scores so that its score could improve on the Spirits Ethical Ratings Table.
