Ethique is a brand of toiletries which has a good score on The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Soap & Shower Gel Ratings Table.

With a high GSG score, Ethique can be considered an ethical brand. We encourage other companies in the Ethical Soap & Shower Gel sector to follow Ethique‘s example and adopt more ethical policies and practices.

Ethique was founded in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2012 with a focus on being entirely plastic free.

In which areas does Ethique perform well?

Ethique performs well for its robust Environmental Report which covers being plastic and palm oil-free, and using plant-based ingredients. The brand also gets a top score for Animal Welfare as it is CFI approved. On top of this, Ethique has been awarded a top rating in our Ethical Innovator criterion due to its clear ethos.
