How ethical is Organyc?

Organyc is a brand of period products which has a below-benchmark score on The GOOD Shopping Guide’s Ethical Period Products Ratings Table.

Organyc is owned by Corman, based in Milan, Italy. Originally the brand was founded (in 1947) to manufacture medical textiles and it launched its range of natural organic cotton period products in 2009.

Organyc’s products are 100% organic with certification from ECOCERT and others, so the brand gets a top score for our GM and Organic criteria. Organyc is given a middle rating for its Environmental Report, as it has a clear ethos but Corman’s sustainability information is a little vague.
