How ethical is TALA?

TALA is an activewear brand that has achieved an excellent score on The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Activewear Ratings Table.

With a GSG score of 99, TALA can be considered an ethical brand. TALA hasn’t yet applied for Ethical Accreditation, but its high score would mean that if it did, it would be able to display The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Mark on its products.

TALA is a brand of Activewear founded by popular influencer Grace Beverley. The brand aims to “make more sustainable options accessible and inclusive” and also produces everyday fashion alongside its Activewear range. TALA is female-led with a focus on sustainability and an alternative to ‘fast fashion’.

In which areas does TALA perform well?

TALA performs well across all of The Good Shopping Guide’s criteria. It receives a high score in our Environmental criteria due to a comprehensive breakdown of its responsibilities regarding packaging and waste, and its cotton being certified as organic.

It also scores highly for Animal Welfare with its products being made from non-animal materials, as well as for its Code of Conduct, which adheres to international regulations and it provides transparency regarding traceable suppliers.
