TCL’s parent company, TCL Technology Group Corporation, publishes an ESG Report, but it is not very detailed, unfortunately, on environmental issues and also lacks measurable targets. As a result, it only receives a middle rating.

TCL also receives a middle rating for Code of Conduct, as their code was deemed insufficient.

Alcatel and TCL have not been found to have links to the Nuclear Power, Fossil Fuels or Armaments industries, resulting in a top rating for these criteria. TCL also has an ECOLOGO certification.

How could TCL improve its Ethical Rating?
