Quality Street is a Nestlé chocolate brand that is listed in The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Chocolate Ratings Table. Although the brand is yet to meet our ethical standards, we hope the brand will make the significant improvements necessary in the future.

For which criteria does Quality Street perform poorly? 

Quality Street has some unethical business practices that need to be resolved. Public Record Criticisms, the absence of Organic products in Quality Street’s selection, and the availability of Fairtrade goods are issues that need to be addressed. None of Quality Street’s chocolates have Organic or Fairtrade certifications, resulting in a bottom rating in both of these categories.

Additionally, due to its ownership by Nestlé, Quality Street is marked down in the Genetic Modification, Animal Welfare, Political Donations, Public Record Criticisms and Public Record Criticisms+ categories.
