Despite this, we still encourage it to get in touch with us to apply. After The Good Shopping Guide has reviewed its application, Manomasa will be offered some advice on how to become an ethical crisp brand.

Does Manomasa have an Environmental Report?

For The Good Shopping Guide Environmental Report category, Manomasa has a middle rating.

Manomasa’s parent brand Valeo Foods has a range of ‘Sustainability’ pages. However, the pages lack a good level of detail and statistics. Kettle Chips, a brand linked to Manomasa also has a ‘Sustainability’ page which contains the target of having 100% recyclable, reusable or compostable packaging by 2023.

What does Manomasa receive a bottom rating for?

Regrettably, Manomasa receives a bottom rating for The Good Shopping Guide’s Vegetarian/Vegan category. This is because it does not fulfil our criteria and lacks vegetarian certification.

What can Manomasa do to improve its score?

Manomasa’s low score in The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Crisps sector is the outcome of an assessment of multiple ethical criteria.

Since Manomasa’s score does not yet meet the minimum ethical benchmark on the Crisps Ethical Ratings Table, it is not eligible for Ethical Accreditation. However, we still encourage it to apply. After receiving Manomasa’s application, The Good Shopping Guide will provide it with some advice on how to enhance its score.
