How ethical is Swan?

Swan is an appliance brand which is headquartered in the UK and sells products worldwide. The brand began the manufacture of domestic appliances in the 1920s, and was the first  to develop a submersible electric heating element.

To further increase its score, Swan could publish both an Environmental Report and a Code of Conduct, as it is currently given a bottom rating for these criteria.
