This time it is Nike, one of the most globally recognized fashion brands. An exposé has been published by the Guardian, based on the Paradise Papers. In the article, Nike is accused of systematic and thoroughly planned tax maneuvers – “a story involving grey areas and loopholes, tax havens and zero tax rates, and the movement of money and royalties from one jurisdiction to the next”.
