Today is Fashion Revolution day! A day that is aimed at promoting an industry-wide transformation towards a more sustainable future.

By asking ‘Who made your clothes?’ – from who spun the threads, to who sewed them together, to who grew the cotton in the first place – today is about turning fashion into a force for good, reconnecting the broken links in the supply chain.

There are several ways to participate, the most important of which is to be more curious about how your clothes are made and who made them. Look at the labels on your clothes: Where are they from? Who made them? How do the companies and brands compare according to? Research the brands you wear via our Ethical Guide to High Street Fashion & see which companies you should avoid. Also see our Ethical Guide to Jeans

and our Ethical Guide to Shoes & trainers.

You can also take part in the Twitter campaign by visiting @Fash_Rev and engaging in discussion by using the ‘#InsideOut’ tag.
